These terms govern use of the Incasgypsy Soft Textiles website and related soft-furnishings services offered from Shop B, 42 Gage Street, Central, Hong Kong. By using this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Hong Kong law applies.

Information on the site

Product descriptions, fabric notes, and timings are provided in good faith for general guidance. Colours on screens can differ from cloth in daylight. Final selections should be confirmed with physical samples or bolts at the shop whenever possible. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Orders and payment

Made-to-measure curtains and soft furnishings are produced to the measurements and specifications you approve. A deposit may be required before cutting. Balance is due on completion or as stated on your invoice. Custom panels that match an approved specification are generally not returnable, except where Hong Kong consumer law provides otherwise or where we have made an error.

Measuring and access

Accurate measuring depends on access to windows and truthful information about tracks, poles, and obstacles. If building rules delay delivery or fitting, timelines may shift. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary building permission for installation.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content for commercial reuse without permission. All Incasgypsy branding and site materials remain our property unless otherwise noted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Incasgypsy Soft Textiles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or from delays caused by suppliers, weather, or building access beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
